@d3 And some of them are no-talent a-s clowns who should've been canned in 2016 but get to stick around because they don't disrupt the status quo which is to see how many no-talent a-s clowns can fit inside a 50 story tower.
Many managers are technical experts, but are not capable of training and developing a team.
Or, to put it more bluntly, promoted to their own level of incompetence.
