I could have sworn Sirini said point blank “layoffs are done for the year” at the last town hall a couple weeks back. Yet here we are with another big wave this past week. What gives?

@ss sure but he definetly did not hold back on setting up his response to garner a round of applause. which... these town halls have basically been 80% forced applause 20% his high-pitched "WOOOOO"

Well, I wouldn't say that his tone or body language even conveyed that there would be no more layoffs this year - no matter what words he spoke. I believe there were soft spoken super passive, lack of eye contact, types of responses.
