WFH to care for disabled family

Does anyone know if it's possible to be approved to work remotely to care for senior/disabled family?

@rm no. You can ask your manager, who is going to direct you to "open a case". The manager may pretend they're going to go through the motions themselves but the higher up the chain, the more you're going to find absolute obsession with sitting in office.

Broadspire has nothing to do with this unless one needs to take leave. Though some intermittent family leave might make sense.

In any case, the conversation doesn't start with them; it starts with your manager. Your manager can ask for an exemption from in-office requirements. It would go up the chain of command. Only you can assess whether it would be supported, but obviously you can't do this without your management's cooperation anyway, so need to start that conversation.

@kx Always look to the disabled themselves for direction. T-Mobile Management is your go-to.
