Still plenty of headcount that could be cut. The capital budget doesn’t support the kind of investment to really create the growth OPTU needs to turn things around. As an MVNO, OPTU can price competitively, however the reliance on TMO will always be an anchor. Smart customers, consumer and business, should really port their service to them. Better plans, and included premium features than what OPTU can match.

Terminating C level folks now would be pointless. The company as it has been known since December 2015, when PD took over day to day operations in the Suddenlink market is it its last days. I look for the company to be taken from PD in the first or second quarter of next year either in a takeover or a bankruptcy.
