It’s a race to the bottom for a lot of VPs and SVPs, that’s why some of them are using delusional metrics that nobody under them would consider seriously
They are feeding off the desperate masses. Never forget what these companies did to you and yours when you had no other choice (higher expectations, more work, and less compensation). Vote with your conscience and wallet. Never give them your money again, especially on a phone bill. They had no need to do this to us. The company had great cash flows and should have kept call centers in the USA, especially for nation security and sensitive information going overseas. This is the reason why your data and social security is compromised every couple years, costing Americans $10’s billions of dollars a year plus time wasted.
