To kinda piggyback off the other Tmobile user, I’m an employee with Vzw and I won’t use the service either. Tmobile blows us out the water in everything. Verizon is bottom tier service with top tier pricing. No wonder they fail. They need to cut all M&M plans $15-$20 bucks off what it currently is from top down in order to try and stay competitive. Give people what they pay for or charge them for what you give them, garbage.

I went to T-Mobile. My phone has better signal for half the cost, and this is taking into account my EPP discount. Why should I myself pay for unusable service??
This is why we are having issues. If the EMPLOYEES are looking at other carriers, there is an issue with the cell service.
T-Mobile building corporate stores like crazy. People say there’s a crystal clear vision over there on what they’re doing with stores and customer service.
1 to 2 hour wait times? Shows how rah tarted the average Verlieson customer is. Who would waste that much time they cannot get back sitting in a cell phone shop waiting their turn to be conned?

Stores in my district are at 1 to 2 hr wait times, our store alone puts out around a thousand boxes a month, we are making the company money hand over fist, and we are getting nothing in return , maybe we should be worried about the state of our once great network, which now gets worse by the day, and is causing the loss of long term customers, people were willing to pay more for our network when it was good, now they can pay less elsewhere and get a better network experience, that is why we are bleeding customers, you can't keep raising prices and giving less in return.
Likely. Seems like they are on life support as is and the vision is so unclear.
