You’re special? NOT!

Why is it that more than half the employees on my floor come in for 2 hours then leave? Do you think Executives don’t know you’re trying to manipulate the data they are collecting for RTO? I’d be careful. It’s not worth it to lose your job over it, is it? Of course, the choice is yours. I need my job.

I may need a job but not necessarily this one. I'm already working on getting something else. If enough of us go, I think it'll force Demchak to re-evaluate this stupid policy.

I'm sure they're being watched and once they get the software and are being tracked they will know who is doing what. They are adding on more and more offshore employees to replace those that can work from home. Some are probably trying to get fired, some might have permission and some probably just don't realize they will be replaced. If your work can be done from home there is no saying that your job is safe even if in the office. I know departments that were never able to WFH but took on offshore employees to do the work and replaced employees.

@bs unfortunately the quality of my work has started to suffer. I’m trying to concentrate, but it’s rather difficult. People on conference calls all day sitting pretty much inches away from you is a major distraction.

Do you not have enough work to keep you busy?… You have the time to watch other people’s schedule? You have zero idea what hours people are working before you’re even signed on/get to the office. You have no idea what evenings they need to sign on late for. You have no idea what projects people took on before the RTO where they’re needed to do some things outside of normal business hours. Worry about yourself.

We’re all supposed to be professionals here, maybe folks leaving after a couple hours are leaving because they need to wfh to actually get work done. Between terrible network connections and “collaboration” it is not possible for people to actually get work done while in office.

@a8 the one thing i would say to that part. I think its silly some teams come in, some dont. We all just shouldnt.Tho they have desks. But hey if they discipline this situation, people that are in should look better. This is all such a mess and people are lost and confused
