Noticed my LinkedIn page has been getting views from cognizant recruiters starting last week, so I’m guessing my time has come. Has anyone heard news on what’s coming first week of June?
Also, how does the transition to cognizant work, does our compensation change? Does your job grade have anything to do with the separation process?

@OP Same here. Someone from recruiting industry has checked my profile. Not sure if it is cognizant or some other org as I do not have linkedin premium. This was 4 days back.

That is just incapable Cognizant recruiters. They use some low-cost Indian hunting company which hardly understands that they should not poach FIS people.
@OP The transition to cog is like going to another job. You terminate your fis employment and accept their offer. No negotiations and all benefits change. You may lose vacation days over time. Also it is employment at will so there are no guarantees. As to why they are looking at LinkedIn-probably comparing what you have there vs what’s in workday etc at fis.
Something is coming. Even if I survive the next round, it's going to be impossible to get any work done. Start applying yesterday.
@ch I have premium and it specifically says recruiters so I don’t think they’re old colleagues. And no one on my team was rebadged
I have also seen Cog. viewing mine as well. However, one thought I had was that could these be some of our previous employees checking us out? Seeing if we got taken or not.
I guess with this many people it's less likely. Maybe they get to pick and choose who they want since the order is so random. :)

Will I take the job? Yes, but only as a buffer to look for a new job
