It’s all bogus. It would be wise for folks to focus on looking for opportunities outside of this toxic dump. Taking a break from my search to post before my next meeting. Will start scrolling through LinkedIn and various job sites right after discussing this asinine problem for the 99th time.

How are people getting less than 5? Is BNY making it up? I know I didn’t mark any coworkers less than 5. I’m not doing this company’s dirty work!

All survey feedback mechanisms are designed to flag outliers and to justify terminations. This corporate behavior deliberately and intentionally creates a toxic work environment. BNY surveys do not drive or motivate performance. There is no carrot, it’s only stick!

4.8 and average 4.5. So. I guess I can keep my job another year. Sadly.

Got 5 , BNY average 4.5
But Only asked very good friends to rate me because as we all know (or should know at least), this will NEVER have any positive outcome and they would only use the feedback if negative to scr-ew you.
Don’t be naive.

This company does not deserve any trust. Trust and loyalty need to be earned. Given the company’s behavior that we have all witnessed, everything at BNY should be questioned. This is no different.
