The people change too quickly, who were these two people?
Both guys really didn’t do much in the past. The transformation guy used to lead Dev and PS teams, and for that period, we got 0.5 products as cloud-native and modernised. The value stream person, after ruining own product modernisation, took the future forward and didn’t bring either future move us forward. Well-paid executives with zero value. I doubt how they need so long to get rid of them.
