From my understanding, STI is your yearly bonus.
Stock Together is comprised of company stock which vest over a set period of time.
Is this correct?

@de You don't indicate when you left. It can take 60 days for your RSUs to vest. If it's been longer than that, I would contact HR again and specifically tell them that there is nothing in your Fidelity account showing that they have vested.
@d2 thank you for your comment. I have checked Fidelity and there is nothing there.
I really hope Verizon grants me the RSU as it is laid out in writing in my offer letter and my severance agreement. It’s really strange that HR told me I received it when in reality I received a prorated yearly bonus, which is not the same thing.
The job market is absolute trash right now, so I need this money!
@a3 Check your Fidelity account. That's where you'll find the stock. They used to vest automatically and pay in cash to your account. I think now, though, you have to actually exercise the options to get the cash. Stock payouts are not done through payroll like STI is.
An STI (se-----y transmitted infection) is an infection caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites passed from person to person through s-xual contact. It is the most accurate and widely used term for what are traditionally called STDs (se-----y transmitted diseases)
Correct, they are totally different
@a3 high roller $15k in stock? What was your base salary 150k?
@a5 right back atcha! :)
@a2 I was awarded $15k in RSUs as part of Stock Together when I joined the company last summer. The full amount was to vest over three years.
I was laid off and my last day was in February. I received my severance and.STI payment but I never received the RSUs.
HR is telling me that I DID receive my prorated Stock Together award — but I believe that what I received was STI (yearly bonus)
The severance agreement says that.RSUs will vest in full upon separation … so shouldn’t I receive the full $15k???
From my understanding,, OP - you should ask HR
Correct
