@aw here’s an easy fix. If you want an assigned desk you go in 5 days. If not you go in 3. Easy solution to the capacity issue. Almost every job can be completed from anywhere in the world. We sell the service that enables it.

It is out of the question financially. A majority of employees have over a month of PTO. It wouldn’t make sense to have an idle desk for that many days or more a year.

this was a classic example of their lecturing to the masses and telling us how great things are, but in reality, they don’t address the culture ranking, the pure distain from the CEO to the masses. I saw an executive coming into the office at 8:30 last week. She looked like a hot mess- dropping keys, spilling coffee.
My thought was are these the people that are supposed to be the leaders of our company. Just really spoke to me about why we are where this company is.
Given the current state of the company and the drain that it is circling, shouldn’t the session have been called… “Dumpster Fire Chat”?

Glad I ignore all their bs and skip all those townhalls. Waste of time. Sadly this is their job to do, they just su-k at it. I’ve got other work to do before I hit my 8 for the day, then bye.
They all brag about their personal family therapists us lowly serfs are too poor to afford. The same people spending the little money we get driving in circles 5 days a week for no reason, and the same people fighting for desks and parking in the office each day while they stroll in at 10AM to their private reserved parking and closed door offices. We are not the same. F-U McSelfish, get a grip.

I feel absolutely insulted and the way this landed with me is the total opposite of their intention. I feel gaslit and pi---d off that they pretend like we didn’t tell them exactly what our pain points are in the survey they chose to ignore and then berate us about in a nasty email from the CEO. I was just in the room and the looks and the whispered comments going around were hilarious. Nobody was buying into any of their BS. If they cared they would listen, instead they regress and double down on bad policy. Why even waste the time?
