The company will keep making more money, raising expectations and goals, while my paycheck pretty much stays the same, and benefits get worse.

Agree with the above about doing what you are paid to do. I did not get a role that should have been mine, after years of “exceeds”. I am no longer: volunteering for work, planning ahead for anything, or multi-tasking. I do needlework while listening to meetings. It’s so great!

Seek equilibrium in work efforts and rewards. Make changes to your approach to regain balance.
Paychecks stay fairly consistent, but thanks to inflation and more RTO days you’re losing money and donating time. Fun!
