After accepting a job at Optum, be sure to have a solid exit plan within 12 months. This is about how long it will take them to decide to replace you.

Restructuring is constant. It does not matter if you are a high performer. They hire a consulting firm to evaluate demographics of employees when conducting layoffs to prevent discrimination lawsuits. May the odds be ever in your favor.

What demographic is relatively safer? Lgbtq? Black? Women? Hispanic? I can convert so let me know

They couldn't care less about performance. Yes, they have to ensure that the demographics are even, but ultimately, they only care about getting rid of those who get paid the highest. Unfortunately, those who get paid far less in comparison have to get swept into the mix for the sake of optics. None of it is right, but c'est la vie.
