Someone confirmed, July end , will be emails with 60 days warn to end by SEP
Most probably US and India will start in Q2 2027.
my suggestion to anyone impacted in any european country: sue the company, no matter if you are individually fired, or there is an agreement with your local workforce, or whatever. After your dismissal is made effective, sue the company for unfair dismissal without justified causes. Get a good lawyer, and let's go.
I’m working here for near 10 years, never before happened this: I’m worried about my position. No info at all, only rumours, have no backup plan because I never needed it before. Oracle used to be a safe and great place to work, until now. It became a toxic place, full of toxic managers and colleagues, anyone can put you on a bad position with your manager and you’ll be doomed.
Oh the suspense is ki-ling me. What targets are being set by country? Is this Gonna be another chop off at the knees. I'm already grovelling around on the floor on them trying to do all the work the last lot were doing before they were given their marching orders?
