Yeah, the whole you're only writing orders lasted 1-2 days, I was back to a bunch of merchandising, plus writing a bunch more orders due to the increased store count.
This is BS, too much work, no more pay, unsustainable.
Isn’t the sales rep supposed to be writing all the orders now and no merchandising loads?
Why would anyone take the order writing position if they lost the sales rep job 😄

I'm a sales rep. I'm merchandising a lot, then writing 3 times the orders I did before the changes.
Ideploy says it's 3-5 hours work per day.

I’m going from a sales rep to a full time order writer/merchandiser. But yet I’m going to 3 other stores tomorrow just to write an order. I thought the rep is supposed to handle that. 3 deliveries to throw with writing orders at those 3 stores that I’m servicing and 3 other order writes. Doesn’t seem like it changed from my old territory. Doing sales reps work for merchandiser pay.
