According to LL's who retired last year, the next round of headcount reduction is expected in March 2023 and a second one in August 2023.
Is this true? And if it is, isn't it sad that instead of being upset that we're looking at two more rounds this year I'm feeling relieved that we get a few months' reprieve before the next one?
If Ford is still laying off employees, that means they don't trust that the current employees can help turn this company around. If all they are focused on is cost savings, how in the world can that equate to building a quality car. Mgt has lost touch of how humans work!

@OP. You should use this reprieve time to save money, adjust your financials and find a new job. IDK how bad this year is going to be, but all indicates is going to be a sh-t-show.
