The new CEO will want to make an impression from the start. My guess is he'll do it by cutting costs, whether that's needed or realistic or not. It happened with every new CEO and it'll happen with this one. The higher-ups fu-k up and we pay the price. Every single time.

@a7 Fiserv DOES HAVE several employees with Fraudulent degrees and fake experience( close insider information ) and garage generated pay stubs ( without a position ) for H1-B holders as they need a pay stub..
Verifying these legal credentials is completely HR's job but they don't do it.
Send the resume to Lexis-Nexis for verification, like a credit check, you will know the facts.
For those that have submitted fraudulent creds to obtain a H1-B, you are under GREATEST risk from USCIS / ICE for an arrest and deportation.. Submitting false creds to a Federal Agency ( USCIS ) is a Felony.
