is whether the new guy will be good for employees. That's all I care about. We've had others that have been good for the company and the stock but not for us. I hope this one will be different.

Yes Mike was not a bad guy like his predecessor but he did not care a lick about employee engagement and never talked about making Fiserv a good place to work. If Takis doesn’t address the horrible morale as his first priority nothing will improve.

Yes you need productive staff to do that. But I can't see in this environment they're about to allocate any $$ towards things that improve staff morale as opposed to cut costs / unproductive markets etc
