Does this mean layoffs will be on hold until the dust settles. Hopefully instead of layoffs they will go back to rebadging to Infinite they seem to be safe and not impacted by any of this. Just 3 more years until I retire.
I sold off what little stock I had back in October 2024 and never did ESOP again.
I personally feel Fiserv is too big, acquiring way too many businesses and cannot manage anything effectively with the amount of bulk we have here.
Gonna say it: Fiserv is a monopoly and needs to be broken up. They're stifling competition, they're stifling themselves due to outdated legacy systems and can't fix the other sh-t that clients rely on. Service is horrible. I'm in Credit/Risk. Merchants are migrating en masse from Fiserv.
The marketplace needs a correction.
I use my personal phone all the time. Playing lots of games and d!cking around on X / Facebook / Reddit.
