@be Schwab is about 30 years behind the curve. Many companies are moving OUT of India. The only reason Schwab is moving IN, is that they have NO international presence and experience, and all the Indians already working for the company in the US makes it the easiest country to transition into.
With the poor track record of executing, this may not end well.
I only regret that I have but one job to give to five Indians o7

replacing 1 American with 4 Indians with unknown credentials- it's been proven you can't really background check there.
