Do health care benefits continue during your severance package, or do they stop after the 60 day non-working period?

You must not be severed yet but I suspect you are fair game based on the question. If you were severed, then this would be from and center in your letter & package.
they continue to the last day of the month your severance ends.

read the benefits book. yes, they continue through severance unless you request a lump sum.
