My first post and I said what the staff thinks. Employees work in FEAR. Managers will do anything to keep their jobs and upper leadership knows they themselves are incompetent so nothing is done.

Consider the leadership! Look at those at the top of the org charts. They’ve either never worked a day in a front line position, or if they have, it’s been years ago. And external non clinical strategy people should not be calling the shots when it comes to clinical and MD matters. A lot of those strategy people are the cause of good people getting RIFed
@OP continually hiring external "strategy" teams vs promoting people who understand the patients adds to the unwinnable chaos. managers quick to throw us under the bus while admitting data is wrong.
