I assume we can thank the brilliance of the reorg for the absolutely abysmal network performance?

Used to see a bunch of thread about the CIO on here. I guess everyone is so beaten down and have given up.
@150 Tell that to those who did the exact same work that you do with no PC's or laptops at all for years, and achieved better results.
Don't worry. There is lots modernization around: elevators, floors, buildings, etc. Who needs fast and performing laptops.....
We have the worst IT department.

I agree the slow performance is not only the network. The laptops have so much security software on them they cannot function correctly. I had a faster PC in 1999. :)
It's because you are being watched. System takes snapshot randomly throughout the day. Teams, emails and what not is being tracked.
About as good as the elevators they dumped $$$ into that are now slower than ever.
Seems right. I know my machine slows to a crawl multiple times a day..
