Don't worry. There is lots modernization around: elevators, floors, buildings, etc. Who needs fast and performing laptops.....

I agree the slow performance is not only the network. The laptops have so much security software on them they cannot function correctly. I had a faster PC in 1999. :)

It's because you are being watched. System takes snapshot randomly throughout the day. Teams, emails and what not is being tracked.
