OSA exception stores

Store Managers that are OSA exception stores this is for you:
All eyes are on you right now from RVPs. DMs are at risk of being held accountable for their stores having exceptions.
RVPs don't have eyes on pharmacy ATM as it is June. All eyes are on OSA for the FE.
If your store is an exception store for OSA, your DM must hold SM's accountable to avoid themselves being held accountable by the RVP.
If you are not an OSA exception store, you are in the clear.
Avoiding severance and terminating SM's for "performance" is the cost saving method.

Just get products in the stores, what a concept. The OSA system walgreens has done for the past years is a total failure, the numbers don't lie. But keep doing.. It's a joke. Just saying the way it is.

Cost savings is #1

Sycamore will find a way, any way, to eliminate anyone that costs them above median money.

They will continue to change the rules of the game until the savings number is reached through terminations.

For now it's OSA, then it'll be Medallia, then it'll be compliance etc.

It's an elimination style knockout until they have hit their numbers.

Get away from this toxic culture of misery.

Severance money is exhausted from the previous round with DMs, they knew senior leaders could hurt them, so the decision was made to give them a nice exit.

Store management is considered low rate trash by Sycamore.

Maybe their OSA formula is broken considering most regions are exceptions - they are all at a meeting in Chicago - while we try to fake OSA to make sure we are not an exception, because our DM is having a panic attack. This company has become a total F’n joke.
