Just wondering is unused accrued PTO paid when you resign from NCR VOYIX?

When you resign, you will be thrown a big party at a fancy restaurant and showered with gifts. You will get all your paid vacation, holidays, sick days and personal days along with 2 months bonus.
You will be treated like family, every need will be looked after.

I got paid for my accrued vacation time, only the time earned till they let me go, I lost a percentage of vacation days cause they let me go at the end of October, you will be paid no sick days, use them or lose them.
They have done this so many times, they have it patented, but as I always say, if you have any doubts, get an employment lawyer for advice, I went straight at a lawyer, and a good one, took a while but I got a lot more without going to court, but it took nearly a year to settle, if you need money, they try to bankrupt you to sign the agreement, I was in a situation that I could out last them.
Depends on your state laws, some states accrue PTO and others are use it or lose it.
