They have just started to do major Layoffs nationwide!!!!!!!!!!!! They have not announced anything and are telling employees to keep it hush.
Positions are being dissolved, and are encouraging people to apply to other positions within the organization

@103 is Lyric Implementation the group implementing new clients or programming the systems too? Are the US employees or overseas also? Trying to figure out if people I work with might be impacted, but they can't say anything yet. Also do we think this is because the product isnt selling as well as they hoped?
@16v The 'retiring' is rarely voluntarily. Often people are manipulated into retiring rather than being fired.
They Laid off 50 HRO / Total Source / NAS employees from the Louisville office. Rumors are swirling that they are they are laying off all business units from Louisville, except for RS associates.
Plus, as this is rolling out, hearing several people are jumping ship or retiring. Sh-t always runs downhill!

Writing as a high performing associate I hope that the reductions continue tomorrow and Thursday. It’s very annoying working with so much incompetence and the lazy ones are even worse. Have a safe holiday everyone.
@102 Wow! I didn't know. Most of the roles I see to apply to are all sales. But yea, Lyric implementation was hit hard. Typically, these layoffs are in waves to get to the target number.i wouldn't be surprised if quiet rolling layoffs are an ongoing issue.
NAS Time and Implementation have their share of layoffs including at least one director position.
I was impacted too. I was told last week Wednesday. I was in NAS, Lyric, WFMgr time workstream.i heard that it was a lot. At least there were three others that were on my team as well.

@ew Telling laid off employees to look for other internal roles within the company is a big slap in the face. Chances are, someone already fulfilled those open internal roles. When you’re told the news, stop working because you’re already unemployed. Those who are already laid off should enjoy their last “working” month while being paid and go search for greener pastures.
Comp services too! HRSS are being let go and offered to look for other jobs internally or severance package
@an Do we know which Lyric GPT associates were let go? Roseland or Hyderabad? I sometimes work with people that might be impacted. Feeling sad for them and all associates that were let go. Wishing them all the best.
nas sales and talent has massive cuts
Told today that the layoffs were between 500-600 people, representing a less than 1% reduction in force.
lots of folks in GPT - NAS, PI, WFN, Shared Products.. Cutting a lot. No Major announcements because of packages but ADP is cutting big time.

Totalsource payroll and tax has lost a few too.
Lyric implementation has lost several people. 30+ that I’ve heard of so far.
