So the RTM role is basically our rep job now (which su-ks) plus now we have to hire, on board, train, schedule, payroll and cover any and all call offs, vacation, quits. That’s insane. To top it off no Overtime! Who in their right mind would apply for that position???

People will take the job, and not do the duties. That happens now. Plus, not everyone knows what they are getting themselves into.
People will take it and look for another job. There's no way all the job responsibilities can be done in 50-60 hours. Especially if there's call offs or the territor is already shorthanded. It'll be a FUN time!!!
