We got supervisor’s personally calling customer care representatives on their cell telling them that they have overtime avail Monday. They saying it is super secretive to the point they don’t even want to relay this info about overtime on tmobiles own systems and of course no one is suppose to talk about it. Anyone know what sh-t is about to hit the roof at this company?

Nah, just raising customers’ rates.
@v9 So that was prolly the best IC contribution you've done for the past few years. Too bad its the contracted cleaning company tjhat will have to clean it up.
I left a big surprise in a B5 men’s room. Which one? Let the scavenger hunt begin! You can probably sniff this one out! LOL 🤣
@bf "IC's" are Individual Contributors. Garden leave is HR jargon for when you're still on the payroll but barred from going to work. Normally 60 days as part of the severance some states are 90.
@OP Meh, the "big surprise" was just legacy rate plans of up to ten years old being dropped and those customers on them shifted to current plans. What Tmo offers now for service isnt what those plans charged for.
Yes there is a schedule for cuts. Looking at a 30% across the company. Also shutting down the remainder third party stores. We are also shutting down all US call centers to move the remainder of jobs to India. There will also be a cut of some of the T-Mobile stores to consolidate overruns and eliminate some of the terrible employees. I just purchased my fourth home and two new Teslas. I the pay more than the rest of you losers to support Trump and his mission to eliminate illegals and assist with his ball room construction. I also feel that since employee moral isn't in the gutter far enough this should help. If you have any issues with what I said let me know so you will be put on the short list.
Also remember another Ask Sirini Anything will be coming up so get your questions ready and do the survey. I love reading them to keep the hate flowing like the Darkside.

@b3 Well end of June is Tuesday June 30. And Tuesday/Wednesday are generally when they bring folks in for their pink slips, so....good luck.
@bf store closures or something tlife related, both of those go over well with customers.
@a5 What is garden leave? And what are ICs. We are going to be getting a lot of calls. That’s why they’re having overtime done. So I’m not sure how cuts within the organization is gonna cause customers to call and they most likely won’t know about it unless an announcement is made that it’s major cuts and people are just super pi---d about it. Whatever they’re gonna do is going to be customer, focused and will affect the customer so much so they expect a sh-t load of calls on Monday. They’re trying to get 20 call centers to get as much overtime as possible.
They will ALWAYS lie and gaslight you.
Heard huge cuts end of June expected. And i heard about it after the last huge cyts. Not sure if it still holds true
Ops meetings suggest T-Mobile is expecting more from ICs while telling ICs to expect less from T-Mobile. Latin for: we need more people to quit.
They are stuck because they want to tell you one thing on stage, but they know that you know their ultimate plan has been revealed.
Suppose more cuts for august. Next week is about 2 months out for garden leave. But WTFK.
Yup, can feel it around HQ too.
