@1md connecting dots I can understand that he doesn't understand Database, put and general architecture. It is good but how do we explain the complexity and estimated. They want everything fast without understanding the complexity. I hear that group director is more technical compared to him DC
Our manager for database support is an another example. Conference rooms are their desk, politics is their work.
We can't talk to him on DBS architecture, not sure if he even fully understand Database or Teradata
Our manager who don't even know single technical things and handle iumb and other teams. Not sure how will be able to get the guidance on the technical path
He took doesn't come office and we all to be inoffice
@1by The whole premise was 24 hour coverage - one team works their time zone then hands off to the team in the next time zone to pick up where they left off. It was never meant for teams to work 24 hours! But this new management spews all kinds of asinine expectations without thought
Does the US team ever sleep? Must work US hours and India hours.
Does the India staff even get to sleep?!!? Must be in the office and working US office hours...sounds wonderful...
@OP Horrible leadership in India with expectations that we must be in office. Also must be available for US office hours.
