Biggest waste of time, I don't know what Legg expects to get from all this.. This guy is delusional if you think people won't game the system , to make the numbers move in the right direction, which ultimately invalidates the entre exercise and worse could forces folks to "work" on the kpi dashboard rather than actual work.. But this is just another symptom what's wrong with this company, they are governed by McKinsey & Co. mindset instead of real leadreshiip
