It's been since April 1 since I've received a commission check, my boss said we would have plans at the end of April so we could get commissions, then May, then mid-June, and he now admitted he has no idea when plans will be out so that we can get paid. He laughed and said he isn't getting paid either. Fortunately, I have some savings, and can absorb a couple months of waiting, but I am running low on funds now, but half of my team is looking for another job, they need the income. There is no confidence that even when plans come out, that the commissions will be right, trying to mix XBS Corporate and now Enterprise, and Lexmark with all the assignment changes. My salesforce is still wrong, and I am missing accounts that were sent to inside sales for now reason. Our CEO and SLT promised better communications and transparency but we haven't seen even one communication about commissions. Is this to hold onto cash or something? Are others having problems getting paid commissions? This seems widespread

Xerox leaders are on this, expect plans by lat November or late December
@18r dude the merger happened last year. Lame that commission still aren't being paid
It's a pretty common growing pain for mergers of the scale we're experiencing. Your boss was lying to you when they said they knew when the targets would be defined. Management failed to do the legwork of defining accounts over the last year. Now they need to review everything, then the ball will be passed to accountants who will review past performance and make an arbitrary declaration on the targets for each rep. If the work has been done over the past 3 months, we should start to see targets rolling out mid-July. Get ready to push back because they will be underbaked.
I've heard zero about my stock allocation for 2026, but we all know they gave SB $2,000,000+ plus in stock to leave
commissions? bonuses? raises? All pretty words to keep us around but things that will never actually happen.
in California, there is an ongoing investigation by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) because of the made up commission issue to not pay commissions. XBS had been somewhat insulated, they are essentially paying straight commissions on sales and profit. Two people on my team haven't sold much, and our manager tried to put them on a performance plan but was told he couldn't because the people had no plans. As for the communications about the commission issues, have not heard from anyone, but I have gotten 50 messages asking to input how many sales calls I made.
XBS getting paid, but mainline sales are not, but they don't have their plans
Imagine not paying commission to sales people and having half of the year gone and not having plans.
In Canada there are labour standards, withholding commission because plans do not exist is illegal.
Yes same here.
This is absolutely false in almost every aspect with XBS.
