Not sure if you were trying to be Funny (or not)... but your remark is actually 100% true.
I am just a lowly contractor...
Currently in the process of training my overseas replacements.
I have mentally already "Punched Out"...
Just waiting for the axe so that i can finally move on with my career.
But don't get me wrong...
accepting this position at Ally was actually a wise Financial decision.
I have been able to stash away a lot of $$$.
Thanks to Ally's generosity,
my goal of "leaving the country & living somewhere cheaper"... may become a reality within the next 3 years.
So No Regrets here :)
Anyway, it turned out that we actually were off on Friday...
So i am enjoying a legitimate 3-day weekend.
Good Luck to everyone who is still "hanging on" at Ally.
And even Greater Luck to those who have already put this place in the Rearview mirror.
