Yes dxc doesn't do standard anything. Every customer engagement is bespoke. Management will tell you (repeatedly for years) that this is bad but every customer is special and reducing offerings to just a menu list just means no new customers.

The idea of being able use pods on this sprawling mess is fantasy.

Pods didn't work 5 or 6 years ago, maybe longer.
First there was colour pods, Blue, Yellow, Brown, then iBuild, iSolve, iEnhance, neither worked.
Maybe if DXC churned out repeatable solutions to every customer it could've worked but no, every customer is different so had no chance

What did you thing Danny boy Gray would come up with.

His a past it 3rd rater, he is going to reinvent the wheel. Growth is the requirement but that would require skills and effort. Better to get paid handsomely for another reorg which keeps him in a fake role. T

PODS were organised by colours

Then by Torvalds and Darwin
