How much are we expected to take? Month after month they continue to move the goal post. It’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to make money if you’re in a sales role. Quotas continue to rise all because we are bleeding customers and that falls on the frontline. We continue to bust out a$$ just to get crapped on. The people setting these targets need a dose of reality. Put a tablet in their hand and see if they can do it. That would sure be a nice comedy show for us.

They forced us to sc--w ourselves and now roll out a plan that will f ourselves even more! This time with no lube! We are so far in bed with Wall Street it’s ludicrous! They caught us red handed artificially inflating growth with second numbers on imei2. So we roll out byod. The same thing yet now they have a usable device. That never gets used! Most stores quotas are met with at least 45% of growth being a byod. We are hemorrhaging customers, artificially increasing growth with byod and then forcing ourselves to hit ever increasing quotas. The ceiling is too high. If we want quotas to drop we need to take a step back and not get paid 5k commissions. Wait you want me to make less money to fix the problem. Crazy right! They have us by the ba--s are squeezing them tight. They opened caps on commission checks and increased accountability. Let’s preach integrity yet support those who constantly blur that line. Yet Leaders turn a blind eye for money and recognition. So we will keep sc--wing ourselves in order to support ourselves!
