Still got LDs reporting to LDs. Here's a thought, maybe software engineer should be called that and not LDs, maybe product owners should be called product owners...
Instead we have tiers with titles...place is stupid.
@ep and you forgot SVP in between
Ex Director roles are being eliminated replace by AVP with the AVP taking over multiple LDs and their teams. There is no salary change from what I heard.
@fh yep - and AVP is replacing Exec Dir a lot
@ep Yeah, how many vice presidents does one company need? Can't get hours or staffing, but it's ok to have a zillion vice presidents??

Meanwhile gotta keep making all those cuts at the bottom to support all these positions at the top.
