In the cold light of day, how can employing green employees with no experience in another part of the world, add layers of management, kpis, traffic lights, scorecards, layered fu--ing engagement , QC by expats etc etc , ever be better than recruiting and developing talent at manufacturing sites.
Never.

Over 10 years they've been nothing but an overhead.

It’s reducing site headcount in manufacturing by anywhere between 25-40%. Shifting any and all work possible to KLTC and BTC

We will wait for the day when outsourcing engineering will cause a major accident and we will see the day that XOM Mgmt do not take accountability and blame the end user for not following a process or something other excuse. It will happen no doubt.
