ITC shouldn't even be 50. They do 1% of the work. Insulting to reward them this way.
@ba The number is the number. Multiply it by your grade percentage and that's your bonus. If you are unsure which geo you are in (like seriously?) you can check under the compensation section in workday for bonus plan assignment.
Still confused with the announcement. Are these the final %’s or should we still do some recalculation based upon the global/emea average?
Is EMEA 56% or should this still be averaged out with global 74%?
So is this sharing the spoils of tariff refunds? Assuming of course corrupt trump and his cronies share any of it. But hey 74% is better than nothing. Gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised!
