@hd Can you elaborate on this? Is this credible info? Will it be a: Step 1 you're on a PIP during the evaluation meeting, then, Step 2 you're laid off with no severance? Or just one fell swoop?
Microsoft will certainly be losing more than 2.5% of its employees. While it's official layoff number is 2.5%, many more will be pushed out through performance reviews.
