Mine was wrong by 1 day. Who knows why

@ck yes. They only count for .6 days. One day in office is one day. A sick or vacation day is .6 of a day so you have to make it up, basically
@dq What did your manager say about the discrepancy?
because the assigned hall monitor watches everyone and soon your coworker or manager will be attesting if youre in office soon and in 2 weeks layoffs per usual
I did the exact same patterns this month as the last few but was minus one day. I think there was one day where a security product was updated. Possibly that messed up reporting.
@ck it's basic math
@eq Why do you assume people are being untruthful? There isn't much to gain from that. It's extremely likely that people's data is just wrong. RTO data doesn't have some perfect track record of being accurate for everyone. It's very silly of you to assume bad faith that everyone who claims a discrepancy is a liar.
Juneteenth was not counted as a required day in office. Everyone claiming it was not removed is looking at their numbers wrong.
Everyone claiming their in office time for 6 hours was not counted is being untruthful.
I work with 4 coffee badgers who had over 80% in office. They live nearby the office, log in for maybe an hour to print a few things and leave. The days counted.
Read the FAQ. Any log in, in office counts, as they have not yet rolled out hourly tracking.
I go to the office but there are never enough seats, so I sit in a flex or conference room on WiFi. Of course that doesn’t count for RTO. What’s the point?
Mine is off by a day too! I stay no less than 7.5 hours each time I come in. Mostly 8 on the dot actually. Wtf?? I emailed my manager and showed him my Outlook calendar where I track this but of course they could claim I made that up if they wanted to.
@d2 Similar schedule to you. Also similar amount of missing days. 10 of my in-office days are missing as well.
I am in office no less than 5 hours and was in 19 days last month, my tracker only shows 9 days. Glad I had over 90% in May...
@a9 believe it or not those two things aren’t mutually exclusive. I’m mad about RTO AND the offshoring and layoffs. It’s all an extension of the mistreatment and mismanagement on the part of the MC
My numerator is correct, but denominator is wrong. Seems like the Juneteenth holiday wasn’t properly removed. Calling this RTO rollout an effing disaster would be an understatement.
Mine is also short by one day. I think June 19 was subtracted from the total available days
Department of Labor should be notified and engaged to address these miscalculations, which the bank has indicated it is tracking, its employees are expected to comply with and which will support employment and compensation decisions made by the bank. The in office tracking system is arbitrary, capricious and wholly unreliable, such that the Department of Labor and the applicable regulators should be notified today.
If you have any exception time during last week of June, it hasn't been counted in yet. Give several more days for it to figure those in for your overall monthly count. I noticed that during April and May for my totals.
Fu-k RTO. Fu-k US Bank. Fu-k Gungan.
Came here to see if anyone else was off by one day. I hit my 60% according to my personal calculator but am seeing 55% and 11 days on the dashboard which is WRONG.
Also, does anyone know why holidays and sick time or worth less than a day in office in terms of hitting the monthly percentage metric?
I tried calculating my in office time for the upcoming month and including the 4th of July floating holiday but it seems to be worth less than a day in the office so I’m having to come in more if I take the day off. I don’t understand why it’s not seen as a full day in the office.
@ch I do...major ones. It seems that being in office for 4hrs and leaving for lunch no longer cuts it. I have a few days where I stayed for 6hrs before heading home to finish working. Those were the only ones counted. And Juneteenth wasn't counted as a day off either unless you explicitly took it off.
Do other people have discrepancies for June?
Lots of incorrect calculations for in office time for June across various departments, failure to properly allocate, mark and credit time in office, where that metric is tracked by the employer, is an unlawful employment practice and should be reported as such.
Juneteenth wasn't marked as a Holiday.
We can talk about both. RTO is a dumpster and our job security is also a dumpster
Strongly believe those who come here talking about RTO on a layoff site are trying to deflect and distract from the real scenario facing our job security
