Bnsf is a sinking ship. Forcing the working people over. Management cant even cover their own shifts. How are you allowing them to force people over to another shift, while a relief sits in the office?????? Crafts sc--wing their own. Weak a-s local chairmans/ Unions The more you give Management, the more they want....LET IT BURN !!!!!

Yeah , well they could send all the work to non union shops with migrant workers . As you see the ship sinking , balance your age , how much longer you guess your shop will be open if each union worker costs them over $100,000 a year , then leave just before they close the shop
