They want to further tank the morale by culling spotlights, promotions, recharge days, bonuses, to force more people to volunarily quit.

I’m cashing out. When you’re doing the work of three people with zero recognition and no roadmap for a promotion, it’s clear the ship has already sunk. It’s time to move on to an environment that actually respects my time and professional trajectory.
