Anyone else org seeing people quit left and right? My org lost around 10 people in the last 2 weeks.

I’m actively applying, and my entire team is actively looking. It’s over for our team, and I suggest you find something before it’s too late
They want to further tank the morale by culling spotlights, promotions, recharge days, bonuses, to force more people to volunarily quit.

I’m cashing out. When you’re doing the work of three people with zero recognition and no roadmap for a promotion, it’s clear the ship has already sunk. It’s time to move on to an environment that actually respects my time and professional trajectory.
The attrition will accelerate after the bonuses are sent in August.
