Using public wifi with company laptop

Thinking about going to the coffee shop and bringing the company laptop to work there for a change of scenery- is there security risks or am I ok if I use the VPN? Is public WiFi not allowed?

You're protected with or without vpn. Zscaler encrypts your traffic. Vpn or for accessing on premise things(servers, websites, printers, internal websites, file shares)

You couldn't get to a po-n site if you wanted. The proxy blacklists them. Same with gambling sites. Gmail, etc.

whatever you do, please, please, don't access P.orn websites. They will find out & you will be disciplined.

Why are all the posts on here suddenly like some lame question on some required BS training?

As long as you are signed into through the VPN you're good to go
