So with Argo out, Ford and the Ford family are now sitting with a bunch of dilapidated buildings in Corktown. So what now? Maybe Ford can decide it now wants to be a leading fashion deign and wedding planning company and that we are going to turn Corktown into the next Paris & Milan. Makes as much sense as we were going to be a software tech company.

Ford should have demolished the train station and left the PDC Showroom standing. The Showroom had a far greater connection to Ford's history than the train station will ever have.
They got the under table money $$$ for the deal Mark is happy now and away from Ford!
I wish I could do one of these deals and retire too. :)
@1xci Billy doesnt need any help to p!ss away money. You know that he is sitting at home thinking "Hey, I could buy Willow Run and turn it into a Ford aerospace launch pad..... We are already beating Tesla, we might as well take on Space X too." Or "I got it! We'll buy a tunnel boring machine and build a hyper loop between Hamtramck and Muskegon. I'll beat that dog-gone Elon Musk one way or another."
I say Bill should get something going with the Packard plant quickly before someone else demolishes it fully.
