Seeing supervisors and managements treat their people like slaves day in / day out and wait for the ranking results … We all know a supervisor or manager; they really don’t do a sht daily. They look busy.

@12s Under the shiny brand name XTO is a toxic environment created by its new leadership. I’m a heritage XTO I left 2 years ago because of that.
Anyone that complains about XTO leadership has no clue about the oilfield, if you think everything is based off MOC’s, processes and procedures, you have no clue what the actual industry is about. Doing away with XTO will be the downfall of XOM. They will leave the US just like they did a couple decades ago… wake up!

Supervisors and Managements there They just get credit for accomplishments of their team but when no accountability for people they forced in PIP category, Poor Ranking. All we got, we are family one team blabla

The managers and supervisors - I had in XTO were the most fake nice people I have ever met…
