Anyone remembers that L.O.V.E. is a registered TRADEMARK (!) of OpenText?
I remember that James or Tom, when asked about RTO, said "if you were with your customer till 2am, no one will expect you to be in the office the next morning ".

@gv This or the Sales person didn't actually sell fully.
They sold enough to get the quote signed and invoice processed and leave everything else to other departments.
I know it's not all of Sales, but I don't see all that much L.O.V.E anyway. I was hoping Sales had more fluidity but us on-call or M-F workers may call that unfair. We may have inadvertently changed some of that for you, which su-ks. I'd rather someone have it over no one.
If the rumors I heard are true, though, it's going to potentially get worse.
@a7 this was led by Paul Duggan and the California based ELT. Now with the ELT and CEO are in Canada it’s now AIDA Attention, Interest, Decision, and Action to always be closing on stuff companies don’t want or need…. Just like Canadian beef or sitcoms.
