Why is the USA doing all this H1B hiring and offshoring except for cheap labor. Its a joke that these people are super tech geniuses filling a gap in talent when the universities here have thousands of graduates a year that cant find jobs because they are filled by foreigners. Send them all home and fire all the DEI hires as well. Name one other country that pushes the diversity garbage. India? China? Mexico? do they bring in millions of people to make their companies and communities more diverse? Its like putting a fox in the chicken coop and telling the chickens diervsity is a strength.

Claude will win the race to the bottom. The H1B hopefuls will think going home is the answer but will fine Claude beat their flight out by a substantial margin and has already starting consuming jobs back home too

“President Donald Trump's government has tried to impose a $100,000 fee on many new H-1B petitions filed for workers outside the United States, though a federal judge blocked the measure in June.”

Probably because the application fees have been blocked by the Supreme Court
