Thread regarding Optum layoffs

If you are needing this for validation: I borrowed a comment from another post. As you can see, there’s a theme in how people are treated. They will keep and protect unethical people in leadership, no matter the age. If this doesn’t explain how terrible this company is, not sure what will.

They discriminate on people who are bullied by management, long term employees who’ve been with them for over 20 years are placed on PIPs/CAPs and fired, people of color who raise discriminatory complaints, employees who go on FMLA, either due to sickness or stress, so age discrimination is just another to add. They do it to everyone for their own si-k, shady reasons. They have psychopaths in HR and Legal who tell them how to do this and skirt around it. And if you file a legal complaint, they will try and give your lawyer the mandatory arbitration doc with your signature, even if you never saw or signed it. These people are EVIL! Best bet file an EEOC Complaint so they can pile up.”

Nothing new here. There are several comments talking about how they treat employees, former employees and providers who speak up. And if you are a former employee who worked for them before their “mandatory arbitration” and you raise a complaint, then they discover you live in a state that requires confirmation that you saw and agreed to their arbitration document, they will forge your signature and try to give your attorney the document behind your back. They did this to me, and I’m sure it’s not isolated. Did it to my friend 4 years ago too.

Their HR and legal team are bottom feeding psychopaths. You need a strong lawyer like the one this doctor got. One who is ethical and will fight the good fight. They pay off people too, like attorneys of complainants and opponents. However, justice will be served one day. Can’t keep thinking you are invincible and choosing harm!
