What wil happen to teams working in APLA?
Keeping everything so secret and dragging decisions out for months is exactly how leadership loses people’s trust. APLA has been without a GM for how long now? Obviously something’s going on, but the rest of us the people whose jobs and careers are affected haven’t heard a thing. Then they act surprised when employees don’t trust senior leadership. Come on. They know exactly why. We are kept in the dark, communication is nonexistent, and everyone’s left wondering

Agree with bv.. merging, decentralizing and back and forth is a play from the book from last decade. MNCs have been doing it every 2-3 years and it rarely makes any attributable difference, and the next change of c-suite unmakes the play anyway.
DOA. Another stab in the dark. We're f*cked and I feel bad for EH. The Board and the C Suite keep raking in their $Millions every year while all employees are miserable, hanging on for a life line, and completely clueless about the strategy of managed decline - Nike completely irrelevant and Phil oversaw the rise and fall. Sweat labor and huge athlete endorsements is an old business model. Bring on the AI data centers and real organic generic clothing rather than brand names which are plastic
