Leadership change can’t save DXC
Sadly most of the layers of management are unskilled, front line staff are overworked, there is no way and believe me when I say this, they literally need to change around 70,000 seats to swing the momentum on the scales.
That’s not 70,000 grads, new middle managers, hiring staff DXC can’t afford to hire because of Elite skills, look around, all the top companies is tech look for the best Talent.
DXC want yes people and will promote friends.
Anyone who wants to go should be allowed to on VR. New faces added and hope for the best.
